PureSignal Audiology was founded by a team with deep roots in long-term care, healthcare operations, and business strategy. We spent over a year researching the audiology market, talking to facility administrators, and understanding exactly why mobile hearing care had never been done right.

How do I schedule an appointment? +

Yes. We carry a full range of hearing aids from leading manufacturers, custom-fitted and programmed on-site. We also handle ongoing maintenance, repairs, and adjustments for devices we fit as well as devices purchased elsewhere.

How often do you visit? +

Visit frequency is tailored to your facility's size and resident needs. Most facility partners receive scheduled visits on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We work around your calendar and operational needs.

How does scheduling work for facilities? +

We coordinate directly with your facility's care team to schedule visits at times that minimize disruption. We handle all resident-level scheduling and communicate directly with residents and families as appropriate.

What documentation do you provide? +

We provide regular reporting on services delivered, patient outcomes, and any clinical recommendations. All documentation is HIPAA-compliant and can be integrated into your existing care records.
